Dry fast-acting yeast

Instructions for use:
Add dry yeast directly to the flour or activate it in warm water (30-35°C) with the addition of sugar. Dosage: 10 g of dry yeast per 900 g of flour.
Ingredients:
Yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae).
May contain traces of dairy products, peanuts, mustard and gluten.
Terms and conditions of storage
Store at a temperature not exceeding 20°C and relative humidity not more than 75%.
