Nobody wants a dent in their car, but if there is one, the professional dent spotter S-SPOTTER 5000 from MSW with 400 V can quickly remedy the situation. The dent lifter is equipped with a particularly comprehensive accessory package, so that even complicated sheet metal damage to the outer skin can be easily repaired. It is therefore an indispensable aid in car workshops and in car paint shops for straightening out dents and dings.
The working method of a body spotter is based on spot welding. Discs or corrugated wire are welded precisely and according to the curvature of the sheet metal and then the damaged part is pulled into shape using a hammer for quick dent removal. The dent spotter S-Spotter S-Spotter 5000 is equipped with 10 functions for different requirements that take over the welding work.
With the various attachments provided, triangular and round washers, pins, screws and corrugated wire can be welded with the corresponding functions and the dent can be carefully pulled out with a dent puller claw or a hook. Other welding operations enable the functions of expanding the plate by an electrode or welding edges together. In addition, the spot welder can be used for one-sided pressure welding or cutting operations with carbon wire.
The exact values ​​of the functions are set accurately and quickly via a digital touch control panel. Maximum control over reaching the set values ​​is ensured by the LED display and the indicator lights. In automatic mode, the welding current up to 5000 A corresponds to the preset time. In manual mode, the welding current can be set regardless of the time, whereby a welding time in the range of 0.01 to 999 can be selected.
The dent remover is equipped with a welding gun that is multifunctionally equipped with attachments for a carbon electrode, washers or pins and a dent remover hammer. With its help, the most diverse functions for removing dents can be performed. The hose package offers sufficient freedom of movement for most dent removal work with a length of 1.75 meters, this also applies to the 1.6 meter long ground cable.
For greater mobility, a work table with 4 wheels, 2 of which can move freely, is provided. Work equipment and accessories can be conveniently placed on two storage surfaces during repairs. The extensive accessories can be neatly stored in the supplied case.
