Nobody wants a dent in their car, but if there is one, the professional dent finder S-SPOTTER 3500 from MSW with 400 V can quickly remedy the situation. The dent lifter is equipped with a particularly comprehensive accessory package, so that even complicated sheet metal damage to the outer skin can be easily repaired. It is therefore an indispensable aid in car workshops and in car paint shops for straightening out dents and dings.
The working method of a body spotter is based on spot welding. Discs or corrugated wire are welded precisely and according to the curvature of the sheet metal and then the damaged part is pulled into shape with the help of a hammer for quick dent removal. The dent spotter S-Spotter 3500 has 10 functions for different requirements, which take over the welding work.
With various attachments, you can weld dent stars or round washers, pins, screws and corrugated wire with the corresponding functions and carefully pull out the dent with a dent claw or a hook. Further welding processes allow the swelling of the sheet metal using an electrode or the welding of the edges. In addition, the spot welder can be used for one-sided pressure welding or cutting operations with carbon wire.
The exact values ​​of the functions are set accurately and quickly via a digital touch control panel. The LED display and the light indicators ensure maximum control for reaching the set values. In addition, the values ​​for functions such as welding current and time can also be changed manually. An integrated protection ensures greater safety against overheating.
The dent spotter is equipped with a welding gun that is multifunctional and equipped with accessories for a carbon electrode, washers or pins and a dent hammer. With its help, the most diverse functions can be performed. The extensive accessories can be stored clearly in the supplied case.
The compact and lightweight design as well as the handle allow maximum flexibility and mobility inside and outside the workshop. The hose package has a length of 2.2 meters and the 2.1 meter long ground cable offers great freedom of movement during dent removal.
