Operating instructions

With the combined welding machine S-MIGMA 250.IGBT from Stamos Germany you can expect a professional, innovative and high-quality welding machine for various repair and maintenance work. It combines the welding processes MIG/MAG, MMA, TIG and FCAW (welding with cored wire welding) and is therefore versatile in use.
The right welding process for every metalworking job with the combined welding machine S-MIGMA 250.IGBT. Thin aluminium sheets or sturdy steel beams, with or without gas, in construction or in the workshop, with the welding process MIG/MAG, TIG, MMA or FCAW you can connect all options and metals efficiently and safely.
The powerful IGBT inverter ensures fast switching between welding processes and ensures high-quality welding with an extremely low error rate. The clearly designed control panel ensures maximum control over the required welding parameters.
In MIG/MAG welding, the weld seam is protected by gas, with MIG using inert gases and MAG using active gases. This is characterized by high welding quality, efficiency and welding speed. It is universal, and is therefore equally suitable for welding steel structures as for small welding jobs.
The TIG welding process is very precise and flexible. It can be used in all positions, horizontally or vertically as well as overhead for welding very thin plates of 0.5 mm. It can be used with or without filler material, depending on the metal, the low heat zone causes hardly any deformations and enables clean welding with little spatter and little rework.
The Hot-Start function of the electrode welding machine ensures that an increased welding current is automatically and quickly guaranteed at the beginning of the welding process. This "hot start" heats the weld seam directly at the starting point, so that the electrode does not stick and ensures stable and clean welding results from the very first moment.
In FCAW welding, the weld seam is generated by means of a cored wire, without the need for additional gas for protection. This makes the device very handy, allows welding from different positions and can also be easily used outdoors. It is suitable for a variety of smaller metalworking, repairs or basic welding on cars.
