Easy to use and professional welding results – the ENTRIX 200 ALU welding machine
Use the digital TIG AC/DC welding machine ENTRIX 200 from Welbach for comfortable and precise TIG welding. On the clearly arranged control panel, you can quickly and easily set all parameters, even when wearing welding gloves, and check them on the LED display. Use the save button to save your settings as one of 10 job programs, so that you can use them again and again. With the modern IGBT inverter, you can quickly switch between TIG DC, TIG AC and MMA welding methods. With up to 200 A, you can effortlessly weld most metals, regardless of the conditions.
Digital menu navigation meets superior performance values
With the TIG welding machine, you can weld with direct or alternating current, depending on the metal. Even light metals such as aluminum or titanium can be processed with alternating current (AC). Use the pulse function for optimum welding results. Select numerous parameters such as start, base or end current on the digital control panel and adjust them optimally with the rotary knob. Switch directly and easily from DC to AC mode or from 2-stroke to 4-stroke welding at the touch of a button. You activate the arc using the proven high-frequency ignition. For your safety, the ALU welding machine is cooled by a powerful fan. You can recognize the overheating protection by a diode next to the LED display.
MMA – flexible electrode welding without additional gas
Use the MMA welding method for welding outdoors or in strong winds. Thanks to a stable current, you can achieve very good welding results on various metals such as steel, iron, cast iron, nickel or copper. When welding, use electrodes with a diameter of up to 4 mm. For optimum weld seams from the start, use the hotstart function on the electrode welding machine.
