Under the Visitor's guidance, Operation Gomorrah has unexpected consequences for everyone. Murnau suspects that the Visitor, eager to leave Earth after a thousand years of captivity, left behind a poisoned gift. While Churchill, De Gaulle and Bergier prepare to meet Truman in Bermuda, Murnau discovers that Hanna Reitsch has returned from the afterlife at the Ahnenerbe Center in Prague. Hanna Reitsch is torn between life and death by a final intervention from the Visitor, who assigns her a strange mission alongside Murnau.

The Allies' situation worsens as Republican candidate Joe Kennedy, who wants the US to withdraw from "an unnecessary and endless war", seriously threatens Truman's re-election. Hitler, who refuses to wake up the Americans, abandons the bombing of Washington in favor of a new transatlantic goal. Could this be a new turning point in the conflict?
