Following the surprise failure of the Allied Normandy landings on June 6, 1944, the Nazis' magnificent "miracle planes" were decimating the Allied air forces. Advanced German technology under the command of the SS eventually produced a brand new hand to replace the left hand Adolf Hitler had lost in an assassination, but dangerous thoughts were lurking in the depths of Himmler's mind.
