If you work a lot with sawing tools, you need a good grinder! With the saw blade sharpener MSW-CBS-250 you save a lot of money: buying new products or having them sharpened at the dealer is no longer necessary. The 180 W motor results in a high speed of 2,800 RPM and thus guarantees sharp results. The saw blade holder is adjustable in an angle and is designed for different sharpening angles. You can even adjust the grinding disc for the saw blades at an angle. In the MSW range you will find high-quality and robust power tools for industrial use and daily use in the workshop.
The saw blade sharpener MSW-CBS-250 is suitable for sharpening different types of saw blades: with a size of 80 mm to 700 mm. The delivery includes four adapters, namely for saw blades with a diameter of 20 mm, 22 mm, 25 mm and 30 mm. Not only saw blades can be sharpened with the 125 mm diamond grinding wheel, but also other materials - such as plastic, wood or aluminum alloys. The saw blade sharpener is therefore also suitable for other purposes, such as furniture making or decorating.
The saw blade sharpener MSW-CBS-250 has a number of adjustment options. Thanks to the swiveling motor unit at an angle of -20 ° to + 20 ° and the swiveling saw blade holder, the most different saw teeth can be sharpened. The saw blade holder can be adjusted at an angle of -35 ° to + 45 ° and thus creates different sharpening angles. In addition, the sliding block can be pushed forwards and backwards.
Thanks to the four non-slip rubber feet, the saw blade grinder remains stable on the work surface during use - which is also protected from scratches. The rubber feet also absorb vibrations and thus ensure a particularly quiet and precise grinding process.
The robust powder-coated steel housing ensures durability even after frequent use. The housing also protects the internal motor from external influences, so that it cannot be damaged by the object to be ground, or by waste or sparks during processing.
The grinding wheel is equipped with a protective cover. Sparks that are generated cannot damage the grinding wheel or injure the user. The magnetic KJD switch for switching on and off is also equipped with dust-proof protection. The zero-voltage release activates the switch in the event of a voltage drop (e.g. in the event of a power failure). It can only be switched on again manually. An independent, uncontrolled restart of the machine is therefore excluded.
