Jelly glaze for designing and decorating confectionery and desserts.
Jelly is used to decorate cakes, pies and cupcakes for a shiny effect and great taste. This product is derived from plant materials and does not contain any ingredients of animal origin. Also used to secure decorative elements on the surface of the cake and protect them. This design improves the aesthetics of the finished dessert. Decor gel is used for the final decoration of confectionery products (to secure the appetizing appearance of fruit pies and cakes, for glazing the top and sides of cakes, as a base and coating for waffle pictures for cakes).
Mode of application:
The gel is placed in a container and stirred carefully (to avoid the formation of bubbles) until it becomes fluid. The gel can be diluted with water (up to 10-30%) to reduce the cost of raw materials. It is recommended to add 10-20 ml of water per 100 g of jelly. Then the gel is applied to the finished product using a brush or spatula. To speed up the hardening of the gel, it is necessary to keep the product in the refrigerator.
