When you need help with your machine, you can call the Nespresso Customer Service Center and send your machine to our technical service for maintenance & repair. In addition, you can bring your machine to Nişantaşı, Bağdat Caddesi or İstinyepark Boutique to be delivered to the technical service. You will receive a technical diagnosis for your machine and a solution to your problem as soon as possible. The repair work of your machine is completed within 48 hours from the time it reaches our technical service.

Nespresso can offer a variety of coffees to suit every taste at any time of the day. You can also prepare all Nespresso capsules with milk to prepare different recipes such as Cappuccino, Latte or Macchiato.

You can get special bags for your used capsules from any Nespresso Boutique or request them free of charge when you shop online. You can put your used capsules in these bags and bring them to your nearest Nespresso Boutique. In this way, you can contribute to Nespresso's sustainability program.
