Sony has created the α6100 which features amazing autofocus speed , impressive subject tracking, high - resolution 4K movie recording and other high-end features, the α6100 takes care of the details, so you can focus on creative photography and dynamic movies.
The Sony a6100 combines the advantages of autofocus with phase detection and contrast detection. It has 425-point phase detection that covers almost the entire image and a high-speed contrast detection function. The result is an impressive burst mode at 11 fps , but also high-precision motion tracking for photos and videos. Additionally , the camera's 24.2-megapixel Exmor CMOS APS-C sensor offers a wide sensitivity range and excellent low-noise performance .
The Exmor CMOS APS-C sensor combined with the latest BIONZ X TM image processing system delivers beautiful high-resolution images with superior image definition and texture reproduction . The camera also has a wide sensitivity range of ISO 100-32000 , with the possibility of expansion up to 51200 for still images. In addition, the LCD screen it has is designed with the ability to tilt up 180° and down 74° for easy framing , vlogs and selfies and easier shooting from low and high angles .
In terms of video, the Sony a6100 features Super 35mm format and 4K movie recording with full pixel readout without binning, while allowing oversampling with approximately 2.4 times the image information required for 4K (QFHD: 3840 x 2160). Thanks to the downscaling from the equivalent 6K resolution, the videos are even more realistic, with more depth. The high-bitrate XAVC S video codec (up to 100 Mbps for 4K 30p/24p) ensures professional-quality images in a format suitable for widespread use .
Also included in the kit is the Sony SELP-1650 OSS lens, a versatile 16-50mm full-frame zoom lens with built-in image stabilization.
