Instructions
Magnetic drill - 1,380 Watt - 600 RPM - Weldon shank 19 mm
With a power consumption of 1,380 W, the MSW magnetic drill is a real powerhouse when it comes to working on a magnetic surface. It doesn't matter whether you need to work vertically or horizontally. The electromagnetic base keeps the machine securely in the desired position. The magnetic drill delivers great performance in both industrial and commercial metalworking. The machine is suitable for drilling, countersinking, but also for thread cutting and ring drilling.
In metalworking, one thing counts above all: performance. With a power of 1,380 W, the MSW magnetic drilling machine leaves its competitors behind. The infinitely variable speed of up to 600 RPM allows you to drill (ring and core) and countersink with the mobile electrical device. When thread cutting, reversing the direction of rotation of the drive comes in handy. It reliably prevents the thread that has just been cut from being damaged when the hand tap is loosened.
The design of the magnetic drill allows you to work easily and precisely. The drilling depth (up to 175 mm) can be set precisely with a three-armed rotary control. The integrated spirit level keeps you on the right track at all times, and an exact angle of 90° is a piece of cake.
The MSW magnetic drill proves its practical suitability not least with its integrated coolant tank. For simple tasks, the 300 m tank can be filled with tap water. For demanding tasks, a special coolant or cutting oil should be used to extend the service life of the drill and minimize maintenance.
With a weight of around 20 kg, the magnetic drill has enough mass to deliver precise performance. At the same time, the drill is not too heavy and can therefore be used mobile. Due to the compact design and the 2-meter cable, the magnetic drill can be used for work on bridges, cranes, ships and all other construction sites where magnetic metal is processed.
In addition to power, operational safety is also very important. With a maximum attraction force of 11,500 N - which is equivalent to a mass of more than one ton - the magnet can also be used for thinner surfaces, which can only be carried out with high attraction. Additional safety is provided by the supplied tension strap, which reliably prevents damage to the project and injuries to the user - for example in the event of a power failure.
Another valuable safety feature is the RCD contactor. If the drive is accidentally switched on after a power failure, the motor will not start until the contactor is switched on.
The design of the accessories is evidence of experience and expertise. Included are: a drill chuck for shafts up to a diameter of 13 mm, a Weldon shaft, coolant reservoir, assembly tools, carbon brushes, fuses and many other useful accessories. The set is packed in a dimensionally stable transport case.
