A felt-tipped liquid liner, for clean and precise application, Artliner is ideal for eyeliner wings and cat eyes. It is easy-to-apply, smudge-proof and is richly pigmented.

Suitable for all skin types. Can be used on bare eyelids, or over any eyeshadow makeup look.
- Apply as close to lashes as possible for a tight line, or to gradually increase and build-out a dramatic cat-eye or winged eyeliner look.
