With the high-quality sheet metal bender you can bend metal sheets up to a width of 1,270 mm and a thickness of 2 mm. The maximum bending angle of up to 135° can be read on a scale. The bending segments in 12 different widths (270, 250 mm, 200 mm, 150 mm, 100 mm, 75 mm, 50 mm, 45 mm, 35 mm, 30 and 25 mm) can be removed individually from the top beam if necessary and then pressed together as required for the respective workpiece. This guarantees you precise work when folding and bending.
To bend different thicknesses of metal, you need to adjust the distance between the bending rod and the bending leg. The machine has adjusting screws that allow you to adjust the settings with just a few movements. The matching Allen key for loosening or tightening the screws is included.
The baking and pan brake with a maximum opening width of 50 mm has a bracket on the bending beam. By pressing the foot pedal on the base frame, the workpiece is clamped so that you have both hands free to operate the clamp with its two handles. The non-slip rubber coating on the handles makes working with this device very safe. To give the solid pan brake extra stability, you can mount the steel construction on a workbench or on the floor using the four pre-drilled mounting holes with a diameter of 13 mm. Even inexperienced users can operate this device without any problems.
