Manage Large Loads
The RS 3 Pro uses extended carbon fiber axis arms to provide more balancing area for professional cameras, making it a perfect match for cameras such as the Sony FX6 or Canon C70 with a 24-70mm F2.8 lens.
The new Extended Bottom Quick Release Plate provides more stable camera mounting and is suitable for attaching a lens support for more secure installations.
To simplify the balancing process, a fine-tuning knob has been added to the tilt axis to move the camera forward or backward with greater precision down to the millimeter. With Teflon®-coated components, the RS 3 Pro can be balanced with less friction and lower resistance, even when mounting heavy cameras.

The RS 3 Pro lets you get started quickly so you never miss a shot. Just hold down the power button and the three axes will automatically unfold and expand, so you can be shooting in seconds. A previously paired camera will automatically reconnect, saving you time for each subsequent use.
Instant Mode Switching
With a simple slide of the new Gimbal Mode Switch, you can switch between Pan following, Pan and Tilt following, and FPV modes. FPV mode selection can also be customized to 3D Roll 360, Portrait, or Custom, allowing you to set up your equipment and get started quickly.

To facilitate focusing, the LiDAR focusing technology of Ronin 4D is applied to RS 3 Pro. The new LiDAR Range Finder (RS) can project 43,200 range points within a distance of 14 meters. It also has a built-in camera with a 30mm equivalent focal length and 70° wide FOV, meeting the focusing needs of most scenarios.
Compared with traditional focusing technology, the LiDAR focusing system does not need to rely on the surface texture of the object. This is especially useful in low-light environments or complex scenarios with multiple subjects, and provides extremely stable focus.
