1 x Top shower head.

1 x Single function scrubbing hand shower.
1 x Brass material diverter switch.
1 x Black finish stainless steel shower pipe.

1 x Standard soap dish.
1 x Black finish wall bracket.
1 x 1,500 mm double locking spiral shower hose.
1 x 700 mm double locking spiral shower hose.
Clean with water or a mild detergent.
Dry with a soft clean cloth.
Do not use abrasive or acidic detergents.

Delivery

Our products are protected with high-strength packaging, taking into account all the negativities that may occur during transportation.
Returns and Exchanges

After receiving the products, if a damage report is kept regarding the damaged product, the product can be exchanged or returned. There is no return or exchange option for products that have been assembled and whose boxes are damaged.
Warranty Period: 2 Years (Valid only for manufacturing defects, not valid for usage errors.)

CASES NOT EXCLUDED FROM WARRANTY

Damages incurred during transportation
Deformations on the surfaces of products that remain on the construction site for a long time.
In cases where malfunctions occur as a result of faulty installation by unauthorized persons.
Malfunctions caused by construction waste as a result of installing products without cleaning the installation in new construction.
Breakage of products as a result of being assembled by tightening with excessive force, or failures that may occur as a result of forcing the screws by tightening the threads too much.
Malfunctions resulting from the use of products contrary to the matters stated in the user manual.
Defects resulting from any misuse by the customer (including use outside the product's function), even if not specified herein.
Surface deterioration as a result of cleaning with cleaning materials containing acid and abrasive powder.
Surface deterioration as a result of cleaning with harsh cleaning agents.
Use of the products in installations with a network pressure above 5 Bar without using a pressure reducer.
Failure to provide an approved warranty document or invoice showing that the product is within the warranty period.
