Maintenance Manual

Wash your carpet at 30°C or below using a mild detergent. Avoid using fabric softeners or bleach as these can damage the fibres and colours.
Do not iron your carpet as the high heat can melt and damage the fibres. If you need to remove wrinkles, gently smooth them out by hand. Do not tumble dry your carpet.
Do not dry clean your carpet as harsh chemicals can damage the fibres. To keep your carpet looking its best, air dry it after washing.
Vacuum regularly. Use a regular vacuum cleaner to remove loose dirt and dust from the surface of your carpet. Avoid using a vacuum cleaner that washes with water to avoid damaging the fibres.
If there are spills or stains on your carpet, use a damp cloth to gently blot the area. Avoid using hot water or harsh chemicals as these can cause discolouration or damage to your carpet.
For a deeper clean, machine wash your carpet on a gentle cycle using cold water and a mild detergent. Wash the carpet separately from other items to prevent snagging or tangling. Air dry to prevent shrinkage.
