Bambum Rakes Cold Coffee Tower allows you to meet unique flavors by slowly brewing your coffee with ice.

Hot water dissolves and reveals the acids and oils in the ground coffee beans. Cold water, on the other hand, does not allow the acids and oils to escape. In other words, the coffee obtained as a result of cold brewing is a low-acid coffee.

High acidity spoils the taste of the coffee. The acidity of coffee beans, which already have a certain acidity, increases as it cools. The reason why a coffee that has been kept at room temperature for a long time and then cooled down tastes so bad is this high acidity. Since the

acids and oils of coffee brewed in cold water do not dissolve, its flavor does not deteriorate. Thus, you can consume your coffee hot or ice cold if you wish.
