Ingredients: 60 Eggs
350 g Ovalette Cake Additive
1500 g of water
2000g Sugar
2800 g Flour
200 g Starch
80 gr Ovalette Baking Powder
Preparation: Put all the ingredients into the mixer. Beat for 2 minutes on medium speed and 3 minutes on fast speed. Optionally, add some Ovalette Cocoa powder. Bake in the oven at 160-180 degrees.
